Return Policy

At Matte Black Vinyl, every record is sold brand new and factory sealed.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
